If you are in need of a reliable, writing/office/academic research computer, this is a great fit. I bought the 8 core model, and I could not be happier. After the standard updates when you first boot up, this thing is a tank! I only use it for online research, writing a book, browsing (Can have several tabs open in chrome without a glitch) and Itunes. I am running dual monitors. More than enough graphics power and memory for that. I do not use it for gaming; that is not what this machine is for. Reliable, runs very cool, I am expecting a lot of use. Epic value for the price point. If you need a light duty computer, pull the trigger, this is a great purchase. And, it is super easy to upgrade. Could not be easier in fact.

[...]Once you get windows 11 updated, ran into a minor issue with Bluetooth, which was to install a different driver. Otherwise, the units work for me. No other issues. Performance is very close to a 5600G, and most of my application are windows 11 office, Visual Studio Code, and Visual Studio 2022. Performance is More than acceptable, my old machine was an I5-6500, and this one run circles around it. Heat highest so far was 70C running the windows running windows security full scan. WiFi works well, and I really like the small size over the old full cases.

Great value – Driver support is terrible
[...]Reload OS from scratch to be safe, but these are incredible value regardless. Lost one star for providing a “reinstall image” rather than individual drivers. However all drivers are reasonably standard and obtainable for the relevant hardware vendors. Once you get this, make a note of network, wifi, bluetooth, and audio driver in the device manager. Go get them from vendors, and then reinstall windows.

This computer is great, fast, does the CAD and 3D printer models just fine, no lag. As a basic desktop it’s a great price and performance. I’ve actually started replacing old bulky Dell desktops at the corporate locations with these and similar spec versions as this one. I consider these to be throw-away computers, meaning they are cheap enough that if it’s not the hard-drive then it gets scrapped, and we install a new one.
